Spark Plasma Sintering Machine
It is an advanced manufacturing device that rapidly and intensely solidifies (sinters) powdered metals, ceramics, composites, or nanomaterials by simultaneously applying axial pressure and a pulsed direct current (pulsed DC).

About the Equipment
• Working Principle: The powdered material is typically placed into a graphite mold. A high-amperage pulsed electric current is passed through the material or the mold (Joule heating), while mechanical pressure is applied simultaneously. • Advantages: - It enables much faster heating/cooling (processing within minutes) and lower sintering temperatures compared to conventional methods. - It inhibits grain growth and preserves the nanostructure of the material.
